Absolute scarcity has never existed before Bitcoin. Bitcoin’s inception and fair distribution based on the laws of physics make it far more decentralized than every other money created.
2) THOU SHALL KEEP A LOW-TIME PREFERENCE
Patience is the name of the game. We are here to make paradigm-shifting changes. It may take time. HODL.
3) THOU SHALL TAKE CUSTODY OF YOUR BITCOIN
If you don’t possess your private keys, you don't own Bitcoin. Everything else is a claim to Bitcoin. Get your coin off exchanges ASAP.
4) THOU SHALL PROTECT YOUR PRIVATE KEYS
Your responsibility as a keyholder and participant of the network is to protect your keys at all costs. Get yourself a Bitcoin-only signing device. Learn about multi-sig, passphrases, and whatever else will make you feel at peace holding your Bitcoin.
5) THOU SHALL CONTINUE STACKING SATS FOR GENERATIONS TO COME
One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to stop stacking sats. Don’t base your decisions on previous prices. If someone is willing to change their dirty fiat for Bitcoin…we are still early. Set the floor and stack hard.
6) THOU SHALL NEVER CONVERT BITCOIN TO INFERIOR FIAT
Don’t sell Bitcoin for FIAT unless it’s an emergency. Better to exchange Bitcoin for goods and services and keep it in the Bitcoin circular economy. Having a never sell mindset will make things more clear and keep you less desperate in the long run.
7) THOU SHALL CALL OUT SCAMMERS
I can’t explain it any better than Bitstein’s must-read article, “Everyone is a Scammer”. People will do all types of things to remove you from your Bitcoin.
8) THOU SHALL NOT HODL SHITCOINS
Owning shitcoins is high-time preference nihilism. You’ll most likely get rekt. If you do happen to come out on top, it was at someone else's expense.
9) THOU SHALL NOT SPEAK OF THEIR SAT COUNT
Status games are not important in the Bitcoin world. You and everyone else's sat count shouldn’t matter. Protecting the network is what matters.
10) THOU SHALL RUN A NODE
The ultimate form of protecting yourself and the network. Hold your bitcoin on your own terms.
